If you have stopped by the park Visitor Center, you may have noticed a lot of new activity! Staff and volunteers have been working hard to enhance the visitor experience for all guest, and we want to invite YOU to an open house to celebrate the newly remodeled Discovery Room!

What you can expect? See beautiful fish in our new fresh and saltwater aquariums. Meet our corn snake up close! And try out our new microscope, including an ADA-accessible model purchased by the Friends Group. We will also have kid's crafts, coffee, and hot chocolate. Park staff will be on hand to help you connect to these amazing natural resources. There is something for everyone!
