Discover the timeless art of pine needle basket weaving and unlock your creativity with this hands-on workshop. Engage with the natural world by using pine needles sourced from the park to create a sustainable and eco-friendly art piece.

Registration is required due to limited supplies. Please call 434-933-8527 or email tess.himelspach@dcr.virginia.gov to register.

Please meet at the Visitor Center. All materials provided. Suitable for ages 12 and up. Parks are for everyone, please let us know if you need special accommodation.
