False Cape Beach Cleanup

Celebrate Earth Week 2026 at False Cape State Park all week long by supporting healthy and happy beaches. Make your way into the park on your own throughout the week and stop by the Visitor Center to grab a trash bag and do your part in cleaning up the park's beaches. Each tide brings in a new load of trash and balloons so there is always work to be done to make the beach a safer place for wildlife. After your cleanup, bring your trash back to the office for a prize! Please note, the distance from the parking lot at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge to False Cape's Visitor Center is about 4 miles through gravel trails.
